We are seeking a full-time, experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized and have great attention to detail.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Over all responsibility of the day to day compliance operations of the community
- Initial processing and review of all paperwork related to initial and annual certifications
- Ensuring all applicants and residents meet the requirements of the affordable housing programs at the community.
- Completion of required weekly reports
- Resident Retention
Qualifications:
- Must work well in a team environment
- Problem solver with a high sense of urgency
- Section 8 &/or Public Housing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 1-3 years verifiable experience
